Inn Rooms
The Fountain Room is located upstairs with a King bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, with two cozy swivel rockers and private bath with tiled shower.
Winter – $175
The Goldilocks Room is located upstairs and has a King bed, pine armoire, sitting area, and private bath with antique claw-foot tub with shower.
Winter – $160.
The Three Bears Room, also located upstairs, has a King bed, cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, mountain views, sitting area, and private bath with Jacuzzi tub with shower.

The Fireside Room is located downstairs and has a Queen bed, cable TV with DVD player, an original (non-working) fireplace, and private bath with shower.

Guest Suites
The Master Suite is in the connecting 1796 Carriage House. This 500+ sq. ft. room offers deluxe King bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, cable TV with DVD, CD player, refrigerator, coffee maker, two-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Carriage House also has it’s own hot tub, exclusively for Master Suite guests, on the back deck overlooking Mt Mansfield.
Winter – $250
The Queen Suite, located in the Main House, has a Queen bedroom, mountain views, living area sofa and chairs, cable TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, refrigerator, counter with stools, and private bath with tub and shower.
Winter – $210
Queen Suite 2, the Queen Suite plus a small double room and pull-out sleep sofa. Sleeps up to 5.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Advance deposit of 50% is required by credit card. Single-night stays are charged in full at time of booking. Deposit,refundable for cancellations made prior to 15 days (30 days during Foliage and Holiday periods).
Payment in full is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit, less cancellation fee, is refundable for cancellations made prior to 15 days (30 days during Foliage and Holiday periods).
- Room deposit confirms responsibility for your full reservation total.
- A $25.00 per room administrative fee will be deducted from the amount of a refunded deposit.
- No refunds made for delayed arrivals or early departures.

We recommend Travel Insurance for any issues that may impede your travel plans. Rates are very reasonable.
