“At Westminster, I constantly talk about how much we have to offer locally.

“It’s great that the government recognizes this and last year Mansfield received £97,255 through the Welcome Back Fund, which was aimed at helping councils across England boost tourism and improve spaces greens.

“Mansfield is going from strength to strength as it has been chosen to be transformed by Severn Trent’s £76million green recovery project, as well as being placed at the heart of future development policy for new neighborhoods and spaces public, after becoming a pilot project with funding to carry out this task.

“We have a rich industrial history that we should be proud of, and with this new investment, Mansfield will never have looked better.”
