A communication in this regard was recently issued by the university administration to heads of departments and directors of constituent colleges. “The possibility of benefiting from LTC / HTC to employees of PU is eligible and continues to be applicable in accordance with the normal provisions of the plan”, indicates the communication issued by the university.
Last year, the pandemic had pushed PU into financial crises and forced its management to implement cuts in various budget items. In addition to the suspension of LTC / HTC and budget arrangements for seminar and fieldwork for fiscal year 2020-21, there was a 20% reduction on the budget provisions for office and other administrative expenses. general.
Carry forward authorized
The university also announced that as per the rule, employees who cannot benefit from SLD / HTC in a particular four / two year block, which is the 2018-2021 block year, have the right to defer the same for the first year of the following block year with the authorization of the department head / controller or the registrar before December 31, 2021.
The communication issued specifies that it will be up to the employee concerned to submit the copy of the approval to the establishment branch before December 31 and that no request will be taken into account after this date.
